Links to other sites

Official-source links open county and appraisal-district websites. A property's "Map" link opens a Google Maps search for its address in a new tab; Google Maps loads only after you click its link, and Google's own privacy terms then apply. Owner names come from the appraisal district's public roll, as the counties publish them.

Fonts

The typeface, Public Sans, is served from this site under the SIL Open Font License. No font service is contacted.

Hosting logs

Google Firebase Hosting serves this website. Hosting request logs, when enabled, may include the requested URL, referral information, IP address, browser user agent and request time. We use aggregate information to understand traffic and diagnose problems. We do not use advertising trackers. Optional analytics is described below.

Your shortlist and bid sheet

Saved property identifiers, and the stage, notes and maximum bid you type on the bid sheet, are kept in this browser’s local storage. Their contents are not sent to us, do not sync between devices and can be removed using “Clear saved properties” on the listings page, “Remove from bid sheet”, or your browser’s site-data controls. If storage is unavailable, they last only for the current page session.

Calendar and feed

The sale calendar file and the Atom feed are plain files. When your calendar app or feed reader checks them for updates, the request is handled like any other page request in the hosting logs described above. The files contain no tracking code. With analytics allowed, clicking their links on this website records that feature use.

Email feedback

Emailing feedback shares your email address and message with our contact mailbox. We use it to respond, improve the site and provide updates you request. An email-link click is not treated as a completed signup.

Optional Google Form

If you choose to join the waitlist, Google Forms collects the information you submit, such as your email, investing experience, counties of interest and feedback. Opening or expanding the form connects to Google’s service, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy. The form is optional.

We use your responses to understand which research features are useful and whether to continue developing this project. We do not sell your responses. Please do not submit sensitive documents or financial information.

Retention and deletion

Our intended hosting-log retention is 30 days. Feedback and form responses are retained during the project’s evaluation period. To request deletion of a response or stop further contact, email prabha7.hq@gmail.com.

Public property records

Property information comes from official public sources. A correction to an official record must be requested from the county or appraisal district. You can also report a display or processing error to us.
